Sunbeds and ear piercing — no, just walk in whenever we're open. Hair, nails and lashes & brows are by appointment: send us a message on Facebook and we'll get you in (or call 01782 283577 for a quick question).

Shorter than you think. It depends on your skin type: we'll assess it with you when you come in, recommend the right number of minutes and help you build up gradually. Sunbeds are over-18s only, and goggles are provided every time.

Yes — for first-time lash extensions, lash and brow tints and henna brows we ask you to pop in for a quick patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. It takes two minutes and keeps you safe.

We do — for tanning minutes, hair, lashes or any amount you like. Pop into the studio and we'll sort one while you wait. Perfect for birthdays, Christmas and Mother's Day.

3 Crown Bank, right in Hanley town centre (Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 1DE) — a couple of minutes' walk from the bus station, with the big Solaris sun above the door. You can't miss us.
